This is a female patient in her 50’s who wanted to improve the excess laxity and skin in her lower face and neck. We did a lower face and neck lift with platysmaplasty to address the deep muscles and contour her jawline. We also added fat grafting to the area around her mouth and chin to improve the overall facial contouring.
