Case Details
Periocular rejuvenation is a comprehensive improvement of the areas around the eyes to brighten up the look. The main goal is to maintain the patients own characteristics but make it look softer and rejuvenated.
The combination I usually use is now known in the office as the “Miotto special” 😉since I do this so often! Is a global periocular rejuvenation with upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting to areas of loss of volumes and a lateral brow suspension to correct lateral brow hooding and lift the brow laterally.
This beautiful patient of mine is in her 60s and is shown here one year after the Miotto’s periocular rejuvenation, looking so beautiful and rejuvenated!

This is a lovely patient in her 60’s who wanted to improve the heaviness and tired look around her eyes. I performed upper and lower blepharoplasty with eyelid ptosis repair and lateral brow lift.
