For this lovely patient I recreated the neck angle (cervicomental angle) with a platysmaplasty and a deep neck contouring followed by the facial deep plane muscle lift.
The results are before and 8 months after surgery. I corrected the laxity from the face and neck preserving the patient’s masculine face and natural expressions, restoring the sharp jawline and neck tightness.
