With over 25 years of experience. Dr. Felmont (“Monte”) Eaves has focused his experience on aesthetic procedures and working with patients to improve outcomes, safety, and the healing processes.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Eaves has also played a key role in developing numerous medical devices for endoscopic procedures, wound closure, and wound treatment improve scars.

A Myriad of Surgical & Academic Experience

Dr. Eaves brings a myriad of experience to each of his patients. He has held academic appointments at Emory University and the University of North Carolina. Prior to founding his own practice and serving patients in the Atlanta metro area, he also served as President of Charlotte Plastic Surgery.

Throughout his career, Dr. Eaves has also played a key role in numerous clinical research initiatives and studies. His numerous presentations and publication contributions include articles on endoscopic surgery, patient safety, aesthetic surgery, evidence-based medicine, technology development and entrepreneurship.

Recognized Among His Peers

Among his career highlights, Dr. Eaves has previously served as the President of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (The Aesthetic Society) and served as Medical Director of the Emory Aesthetic Center.

Currently, Dr. Eaves serves as a Director of the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), has been a guest lecturer and visiting professor around the world, and has received numerous honors including the Ted Lockwood Award, the Sherrell Aston Award, and the Jerome Klingbell Award from The Aesthetic Society. being recognized among the Best Doctors In America continuously since 2005.

Innovating To Improve The Patient’s Journey

Complementing his achievements as a surgeon, Dr. Eaves also founded Brijjit Medical, LLC, a medical device company that specializes in developing transformational solutions for wound care, wound closure and scar treatment. These innovations not only have the potential to reduce scarring and minimize the risk of infection; but improve the patient’s journey beyond the procedure.
