Case Details
This is a female patient who wanted to improve the nasal tip and dorsum to have a more refined nose. I performed a tip reshaping including alar base reshaping to elevate the tip and reshape the nostrils. I also did a dorsal hump removal to create a more delicate nasal dorsum and profile.
