Rhinoplasty Case #1186

This is a male patient in his 50’s who wanted to improve the large and droopy tip and the dorsal hump. I performed a structured septorhinoplasty to improve all areas of concern. This is the early before and after at 3 months from surgery and he is doing very well with improved breathing and an elegant nasal shape.
