This is a very fit female patient in her late 50’s who was bothered by the excess skin in her neck and jowls. She was wanted to improve the dark circles. We performed a lower face and neck lift to sharpen the jawline and rejuvenate the neck, and added fat grafting to the lower lids and cheeks to improve the dark circles. She looks refreshed and completely herself after the surgery.
