This is a lovely 29 yo patient who desired to refine her nose to enhance her facial features and make her profile more balanced. I performed an open structured rhinoplasty to decrease her dorsal hump, refine the nasal tip and narrow her nose. I also increase the tip rotation to make the nose more delicate and feminine. This is the before and after one year after rhinoplasty surgery.
