Here we’re showing the extended deep plane facelift markings on the left. On the right, the patient is just 2 days after surgery and you can see that there is minimal bruising and great neck contour after removal of deep neck fat, treatment of loose muscles and skin tightening.
There is some swelling (especially around the ears) but bruising is minimal and the patient is already looking great!
