This is a patient in her 50s with a history of previous saline breast augmentation at another center who developed a capsular contracture of her right breast which caused it to be firm and mishappened. She underwent elective deflation during an office visit to help guide decisions concerning her upcoming surgery. Here we see her before and after breast lift with removal of the remaining saline breast implant shells.

For this lovely patient I performed a breast lift with small reduction, preserving her breast tissue to build up a small and lifted breast with no implants. She also had a liposuction and improved her lifestyle, which helps a lot with the logevity of the results.

This patient came to see me with a previous breast implants and mastopexy, and also capsular contracture. She no longer wanted implants. So I performed a breast implant removal with capsulectomy and a breast lift with no implants. I also added a little bit of fat to her breasts (fat grafting to breasts) to create beautiful small and lifted breasts.
