Rhinoplasty Case #1193

This is a female patient in her late 40’s who wanted to soften the nasal tip. She wanted a slightly smaller nasal tip and dorsum. We did an open rhinoplasty with cartilage reshaping, narrowing of the bony base and dorsum and slight tip elevation to achieve her goals.
