Neck liposuction improved the superficial fat in the neck, the fat just under the skin. It is a low downtime procedure that can be done under local anesthesia. Liposuction does not treat the deep fat, for that a neck lift is redommended. This patient had neck liposiction which helped him improve the neck contour and the double chin.
