This is a wonderful example of a patient with great facial features who wanted to restore the lower face and neck. The best option for her was a fece and necklift. African Americans patients are always concern with scars after surgery. It is important to note that scars are mostly caused by tension, genetis, inflammation. The extended deep plane face and neck lift does not cause tension on the incision line, so that is what I performed for her. She has her great jwline contouring back in a natural looking way with no visible scars.
