This is a female patient in her late 60’s who wanted to improve the facial aging, specially the drooping jowls and neck. She wanted to look refreshed but still herself. We did a deep plane face and neck lift with platysmaplasty to treat the skin and muscle laxity and improve the facial and jawline contour.
