This is a female patient in her early 30’s who was bothered by the neck fullnes and the “double chin”. She wanted a “scarless” option to improve the neck contour. We did an awake superficial liposuction of the central neck and along the jawline to remove the excess fat and tighten the skin. This procedure has a very low downtime and the improvement can be seen the same day of the procedure.
