This is a patient in her early 50’s who wanted to improve the lower face and neck, as well as refresh the eyelids. I performed a short scar deep plane facelift and neck lift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, lateral brow lift and periocular fat grafting. She looks very refreshed and totally herself. This is the before and after at 6 months from surgery
