This is a lovely patient in her 60s who desired facial rejuvenation and improvement of the severe sun damage of the face and neck. I performed a secondary extended deep plane facelift and neck lift with fat grafting to the face. I also performed a full face resurfacing with a medium chemical peel at the same time of surgery.
