Breast Lift Case #1638

This is a patient in her 50s with a history of previous saline breast augmentation at another center who developed a capsular contracture of her right breast which caused it to be firm and mishappened. She underwent elective deflation during an office visit to help guide decisions concerning her upcoming surgery. Here we see her before and after breast lift with removal of the remaining saline breast implant shells.
