Heavy breasts are a concern of many women who may feel back pain, posture issues, and have difficulty finding good fitting clothes. For this lovely patient I performed a breast lift with small reduction, preserving her breast tissue to build up a small and lifted breast with no implants. She also had a liposuction and improved her lifestyle, which helps a lot with the logevity of the results.
