This is a 41yo female who desired body contouring improvement and breast reshaping after pregnancies and weight loss. She wanted to remove the excess skin from the abdomen and have a small breast augmentation to keep her body looking young and lean. She underwent bilateral breast lift with implants (175cc M+ ) under the muscle and an abdominoplasty with small liposuction of the waistline. These are her before and after pictures 8 months after surgery. She also exercises often and eats healthy meals as part of her postsurgical maintenance.
