Breast Implant Exchange Case #1545

This is a patient in her 30’s with previous breast augmentation in a submuscular plane performed somewhere else. She was bothered by her heavy implants, wide breasts and wide areola. We performed an implant exchange with smaller implants and a breast lift with areola reduction to create and better shape and proportions to the breasts. She is happy and now can wear t-shirts without a bra as she wanted before surgery.
