Breast Case #1493

This patient in her 30s desired to improve the appearance of her breasts after breast feeding her one child. She is very trim with an athletic build and wanted a very conservative size implant. She underwent augmentation with 225 cc silicone gel implants in a submuscular position with the incision in the fold under the breast.
