Breast Augmentation Case #1490
Before
After
Secondary breast augmentation on the left side after implant removal due to infection. This patient in her 30s had a mastopexy augmentation surgery somewhere else which evolved with left implant infection and exposure. As part of the treatment the left implant had to be removed and the infection was healed, but it left the patient with an asymmetry. Then 6 months later we reinserted a new implant in the left breast to achieve more symmetry. This is a result after the secondary surgery on the left side 5 months after the procedure with good bilateral volume and projection.
