Face Case #7070

This is a male patient in his 50’s who has lost facial volume over the years and felt he looked tired all the times. He did not like the “dark circles” either. We performed a “scarless” lower lid blepharoplasty (transconjunctival blepharoplasty) with fat transposition and fat grafting to improve the dark circles and restore natural cheek volume, together with a corner lift (canthopesy) to improve the eyelid shape.
