Blepharoplasty Case #7060

This is a female patient in her 40’s who wanted to improve the heaviness of the upper eyelids. We did an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) to remove only the excess skin over the lashes. She did not want any hollowing in her upper eyelid, so we preserved the muscle and the shape of the eyelid. Now she loves doing her eye makeup and having no excess skin in the upper eyelid.
