Periocular rejuvenation is a comprehensive improvement of the areas around the eyes to brighten up the look.⁠ The main goal is to maintain the patients own characteristics but make it look softer and rejuvenated.⁠The combination I usually use is now known in the office as the “Miotto special” 😉since I do this so often!⁠ Is ⁠a global periocular rejuvenation with upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting to areas of loss of volumes and a lateral brow suspension to correct lateral brow hooding and lift the brow laterally.⁠This beautiful patient of mine is in her 60s and is shown here one year after the Miotto’s periocular rejuvenation, looking so beautiful and rejuvenated!⁠ ⁠
