The main concenr of this patient of mine was the tired look and droopy brows. I performed and upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) to treat the eyelid puffiness and excess skin, lateral endobrow lift to reposition the brows and fat grafting around all the periocular area. She looks so refreshed and bright!
