This is a female patient in her 40’s who desire to improve the eyelid aging and tired look. I performed an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, browlift and fat grafting to the temples, eyelids, cheeks. I also dia a canthopexy to lift the eyelid corner and improve the eyelid shape. She looks refreshed and younger and we are both so happy with her results.
