This is a female patient in her 40’s who wanted to improve her tired appearance and heaviness of the upper eyelids. We performed an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) to remove the excess skin over the lashes and microfat grafting to the lower eyelids to improve lower lid puffiness with no visible scars.
