This is a female patient in her late 50’s who wanted to improve the lip shape and proportions. She felt that her lips were too small for her face. The upper lip was too long and out of balance, so we did a combination of upper lip lift and a small amount of lip fillers to improve the lip proportions and shape. This was done awake in the office. She looks rejuvenated and her lower face more balanced.
