This is a patient in her early 50’s who wanted to improve the lower face and neck, as well as refresh the eyelids. I performed a short scar deep plane facelift and neck lift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, lateral brow lift and periocular fat grafting. She looks very refreshed and totally herself.
