Blepharoplasty Case #7120

This is a very fit male patient in his late 30’s who has lost facial fat and had the genetic tendency of having eyelid bags. He would like to look less tired and did not want visible scars. We performed a “scarless” lower lid blepharoplasty (transconjunctival blepharoplasty) with fat transposition and fat grafting to improve the dark circles and restore natural cheek volume. We also did a skin only upper eyelid surgery to remove the skin excess together with a corner lift (canthopesy) to improve the eyelid shape.
