This patient in her early 50s was interested in treating her pre- jowls, neck laxity and aging around her eyes. She underwent an extended deep plane face and neck lift, upper blepharoplasty, brow lift and fat grafting. She had fat injected into her midface, temples, forehead, chin crease marionette lines and earlobes. These photos are taken before and after 6 months from surgery. She looks rejuvenated and completely like herself.
