2. Using proper surgical suture
3. Respecting the anatomy
4. Closing incisions with minimal or no tension
5. Using a meticulous sterile technique to avoid infection
6. Removing sutures at the right timing
7. Monitoring the healing and doing scar treatments when needed
This is an average deep plane facelift and neck lift scar at 6 months after surgery. It is placed around the ear and along the hairline.
