Dr. Gabriele C. Miotto, MD is an award winning, dual board-certified, internationally recognized plastic surgeon, specializing in aesthetic surgery of the face and eyes. She operates her private practice, ME Plastic Surgery, in Atlanta Georgia.

Education and Training

With extensive training in both Brazil and the United States — the two leading countries in plastic surgery — she understands the universal desire we have to feel and look our best. She is fellowship-trained in aesthetic and oculoplastic (eyelid) surgery and holds certifications from the Georgia Composite Medical Board, the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (The Aesthetic Society), and the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery (SBCP).

In addition to her surgical practice, Dr. Miotto is a respected educator and author in the field of plastic surgery, lecturing annually in many national and international plastic surgery conferences, and serving as one of The Aesthetic Society Traveling Professors. She has been recognized multiple times among the top 10% of doctors at Emory Healthcare for patient satisfaction and was named one of America’s Best Plastic Surgeons by Newsweek in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
