This patient came to see me with a previous breast implants and mastopexy, and also capsular contracture. She no longer wanted implants. So I performed a breast implant removal with capsulectomy and a breast lift with no implants. I also added a little bit of fat to her breasts (fat grafting to breasts) to create beautiful small and lifted breasts.
