This patient in her 30s desired enhancement of breast volume and correction of umbilical hernia post pregnancies.We performed breast augmentation with 300cc silicone gel submuscular implants using an incision under the breasts (inframammary fold). She simultaneously underwent repair of the umbilical hernia and umbilicoplasty to improve the appearance of the belly button.
