Breast Augmentation Case #1491

Breast augmentation after pregnancy is a very common request. The breasts change shape and size and my patient’s goals are commonly to have the breasts volume back and shape improvement. Sometimes, there is also fat accumulation in the anterior axilla that can be treated with a small liposuction at the same time as the breast augmentation to further enhance the breast and chest aesthetics. For this lovely patient in her 30s, I performed a breast augmentation with 290cc silicone gel implants under the muscle and anterior axilla liposuction. She looks fantastic and is really enjoying her breasts at only 3 months after the procedure.⁠
