Rhinoplasty Case #1189

This is a female patient in her 20’s who wanted to improve the wide nasal tip. She had very thick skin and thin cartilages. We perfomed an open rhinoplasty to reshape the tip cartilages and bones. We also performed an alar base reduction to make the nose more balanced with her face.
