What is a Facelift?

Signs of facial aging  include droopy jowls, sagging facial skin, loose neck skin and muscles, folds between each corner of the mouth and  to the sides of the nose (i.e., nasolabial folds). The most effective surgical procedure that is used to address these issues is referred to as a facelift, also known as a rhytidectomy. With a facelift, especially with the deep plane facelift, which is the technique I use, I can improve facial folds, cheeks, jowls, jawline contouring, and the neck. The face and neck age as a whole and the deep place facelift corrects neck aging and facial aging together as a muscular lift, creating natural and durable results.
